My family and I have used Wood, Atter & Wolf for a generation they have always exceeded our expectations. The partners are a joy to work with as well as their associates. They are a busy firm, because word gets around that this is an exceptional Florida law firm. Going to an attorney sometimes happens during the worst possible time, but their 'bedside manner' is old fashioned. Ive had them for the past nearly 5 weeks with no movement. I email them weekly and am kept in the dark alot or dont recieve emails and calls back often I'm finally at the point of having them withdraw today so i can find an attorney with the time to handle my case. Office Staff is very nice, Mrs.Erlinger is very nice and sells the company and herself well during the consultation however I think this firm keeps their attorneys way to busy to take the time and effort needed in any complex situations. I was looking forward to working with them because of all the good reviews but my time with them wasnt as great as some and now I'm on the search for another attorney for an urgent case.

Amazing when we needed help. My son was only 14 when someone ran him over with a car. His life has been shattered from the experience. Mr wolf came to us in our time if need. He handled everything. I was looking for advice on a legal matter, and had no idea what I needed to do. I requested a consultation through the firm's website, and Mr. Wolf called me within the hour. He gave me great advice on how to proceed, and though he wouldn't be able to assist me with the issue personally, he told me I was welcome to come to him if I had any other questions about it. He really helped put my mind at ease, and I think it says a lot about him as an attorney that called me, personally, so quickly after I put in an online request to his firm. I had a free consultation with Mr. Wolf about my car accident because I was not satisfied with my attorney. Thanks to the information he gave me, I made the right decision and saved myself from falling into more debt. Unfortunately for me, I found Mr. Wolf very late and was unable to change my attorney due to a situation in my case. I hope I will never have a car accident again, but if this happens again, I will definitely call David.

First time I met Ms. Erlinger, she made me feel completely at ease.I had another attorney that just wasn’t working out for me. I Knew I needed to make a change but didn’t know where to turn. After a bit of research and reading reviews, (oh so many reviews) I found the right fit with Jennifer. During the initial consultation and after I explained my entire story, she said she could absolutely help me. Long story short. Jenifer is very aggressive and knows Florida family law in and out. She made a horrible situation bearable. If I had a question she would stop, explain it in as much detail as I needed, before she moved on. I can’t recommend her enough. I wish I had found her first, it would have saved me months of floundering in the Florida judicial system.

She quickly answered all of my questions right at the outset and helped craft a parenting plan and final settlement that protected all of my interests. She was able to complete a complicated divorce with kids and multiple properties and other assets from start in finish in less than seven months. The billing was straight-forward, with no surprises.
