Gregory S. Gilbert, J.D., M.B.A., is a graduate of the University of West Florida (B.S.B.A. Business Administration 2007), Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, (J.D. 2010) and The Mississippi College School of Business (M.B.A. 2010). He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida Bar.
After graduation, Greg and his wife, Lindsey, moved to Jacksonville where Greg worked as a contracting/consulting attorney. Before joining the firm, Greg performed complex legal searches, drafted various legal documents, and consulted attorneys on the recent trends and changes in consumer bankruptcy. He focuses on the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, consumer law, and fair debt collection practices.
Greg currently works with the Jacksonville and St. John’s Area Legal Aid to help homeowners and other consumers who are in substantial debt stay in their homes and defend themselves against predatory lenders and debt collectors.
