Keith L. Maynard, J.D., M.B.A., is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A. Psychology and Communications 1997), University of Baltimore School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland (J.D. w/ Concentration in Business Law 2002) and The Merrick School of Business (M.B.A. 2005). He is a member of the Florida Bar, Middle District of Florida Bar, and Maryland Bar.

Prior to moving to Florida, Keith worked at the Public Defender’s office in Maryland providing criminal defense assistance to indigent clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies. In 2006, he moved to Florida and started his own title company conducting real estate closings in Florida and Pennsylvania. Shortly thereafter, Keith opened a solo law practice handling Criminal Law, Family Law, Child Custody and Support issues, Adoption, Civil Litigation, Business Law, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Defense, Consumer Law, Debt Collections, Creditor Disputes, Landlord Tenant, Trusts and Wills, and Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transations.

Keith currently works with the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid to help homeowners who are in substantial debt stay in their homes and defend themselves against predatory lenders and debt collectors.

He has also served in the Army National Guard for over 16 years as an enlisted Infantryman, an Infantry Officer and currently as an Officer in the Aviation branch where he pilots UH60 Blackhawks.
