Guardianship

Guardianships or Conservatorships are established in order to ensure that family members who are unable to care for themselves and their property are cared for in a competent and professional manner. A Guardianship is a legal relationship between a competent adult and the Ward, a person who is 18 or older and who has a disability which causes incapacity.
